A truly unique apartment in the heart of the beautiful, historic Muranow district.
The unit is located in a block of flats constructed in the 1950's, but the unit is like no other in the building. I redesigned it from the ground up, personally overseeing every detail. It is a tasteful and stylish combination of classic and modern. It is the perfect place for a professional or a couple.
The floor layout is open and spacious. Though technically a two-room, large sliding doors can be opened to make it feel like a sizeable one-room. The unit is on the third floor, providing it with a generous amount of natural light throughout the day. The interior is elegant and modern with a contemporary design favouring glass and steel, a three-tone theme of white and grey with colours selected by an interior designer, and a warm-tone wooden floor that lends a natural touch.
The apartment is located a block away from the POLIN Jewish Museum, a ten minute walk or five minute drive to the Galeria Arkadia Shopping Mall, and a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. There are numerous restaurants, bars, brew pubs, movie theatre, cafes, and even a co-op grocery store within a short walking distance, as are a number of buses and tram lines and an M1 metro station. You’ll have two city bikes stations on the corner of the street. There is a small park with exercise equipment in the courtyard of the building and a larger one in front of the Museum. Park Krasińskich is perfect for a longer walk, joga or jogging. The area is quiet and green, but by no means boring.
The cost of the apartment is 2950 PLN per month plus utilities: 589 PLN (advance payment for water, central heating, waste disposal; settled according to real consumption). Energy bill paid separately. There is no gas in the apartment.
There is a 3500 PLN damage deposit, returnable after a thorough inspection of the apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is available starting anytime between June / July 2023. The contract is for a minimum of 13 months, but a 2 year compromise would be my preference.
