I'm searching for a flatmate for a room in a two-room flat (the second room is rented by me, a working girl). The flat is located on Osiedle Europejskie right next to Czerwone Maki. It is furnished, all appliances work (microwave, oven, induction cooker, fridge). The bathroom has a shower, there is no bathtub. The location is great, about 7 minutes walk to the Czerwone Maki loop. On the estate there is 'Żabka', 'Stokrotka' (which is also open on Sundays), and a tiny shop with local and organic food. In addition, there is also a Sushi Bar and an inexpensive restaurant mainly with pizza and pancakes. Also, it's 5 min walk to the 'Atut' where is 'Rossmann', pharmacy, supermarkets, gym etc. The price is about 1700 pln per month with everything. Deposit the same amount. Every now and then there is an electricity billing and if we live frugally, you can get some reimbursement. I am looking for a person who is calm and quiet. I am not particularly pedantic, but we can arrange cleaning duties. The owner does not allow pets or smoking in the flat. I'd also like to point out that I sometimes sew on the sewing machine (although my previous flatmate says he didn't mind). Feel free to contact me!
