Rent Indexation: Upon extension, the rent may be adjusted based on the inflation rate (published by Statistics Poland - GUS) for the month preceding the end of the current term.
Parties to the Contract: It is mandatory for all adult residents to be listed as parties to the agreement.
Notice Period: 3 months for both parties.
